Justin, it would be recommended that the drive belt is removed and the spin basket rotated by hand. If the spin basket rotates freely, the failure would likely be in the motor W10836348. If the spin basket does not spin freely, the basket would need to be removed and inspected for any items that may be preventing it from rotating. If there is not an obstruction, then the gearcase W11132267 is likely seized up.
