Justin for Model Number CAW12444XW1 We found a tub full of wet clothes and after listening to a cycle we noticed it didn't go into spin. It would agitate, but not advance to spin and we had a basket speed error. After checking all connections and belts I replaced the actuator. I still have the same problem. The washer won't spin but just sounds like it wants to.
Answer Justin, it would be recommended that the drive belt is removed and the spin basket rotated by hand. If the spin basket rotates freely, the failure would likely be in the motor W10836348. If the spin basket does not spin freely, the basket would need to be removed and inspected for any items that may be preventing it from rotating.
