Randall for Model Number WTW4800BQ0 My washer doesn’t want to spin the actuators arm just moves back and forth never locks in position. Is this a cam assembly problem ?
Answer Randall, based on your information and description, the shift actuator WPW10006355 is the most likely issue. it has a "stripped" or broken drive gear inside the mechanism.
