Brad for Model Number WTW4800XQ0 The issue I am having is after the washer lid is closed, the unit will be set to a cycle ( light, normal, or heavy, etc…) and the lid will lock. The unit will just sit there and make a faint clicking noise periodically. However, it won’t run, spin, drain, or fill with water. What is the issue?
Answer Brad, It would be recommended to get the tech sheet from under the main top at the left front of the washer and put it into a service diagnostic mode and see if there are any stored error codes.
