Gregg R for Model Number CAE2745FQ0 Coin operated commercial machine. While in the agitate cycle, the motor is making abnormal, loud noise. Gets through this cycle and then drains, rinses, drains again but never goes into spin mode so cloths come out very wet. Not sure if this is the clutch or actuator? Please advise. Thank you!
Answer Gregg, We are sending you the service guide to put the unit into diagnostics and check the error codes. You have this same tech sheet inside your unit. Lift the top and check inside the front panel top left corner in a plastic bag. Find the fault codes then look for troubleshooting in your manual per fault code. Read More...
