Bonitavietnamita for Model Number whirpool side-by-side refrigerator Hello: I constantly have to melt the ice between the freezer/refrigerator airflow at the air diffuser. I also have to constantly melt the ice in the vent on the side of the refrigerator to ensure cold air is flowing through the diffuser. What part has failed that causes me to constantly have to do this? Thanks.
