Gil for Model Number kenmore 10652272202 Noticed that the refrigerator was not cooling and that the freezer side was only cold at the bottom. I cleaned the coils which had a lot of dust but no frost on them and plugged the unit back in. the fan was working so we let it sit for an hour and the same thing. Could it be the Damper Control Assembly is not working? Part number W10151374?

You also want to check and make sure both doors close and seal properly, there aren't any articles hanging over the sides and back of the shelves and the vent cover on the center wall isn't blocked. Recheck and make sure the evaporator fan is running and make sure there isn't frost or ice built up on the rear wall of the freezer(defrost problem) blocking the air flow. Read More...
