Levi for Model Number ED2KHAXVS00 My freezer is working great, but my fridge is not properly cooling. When I open the freezer and the fridge I can feel cold air flowing through the damper, but when I close the freezer there doesn't appear to be any airflow. Is this a damper issue or is this an air circulation issue? Could there be something blocking the airflow into the freezer that is causing this?
Answer Levi, If you look on the wall above the crisper there will be a vent. If this vent is clogged with ice you will need to clean the ice out. This is normally caused by humid air getting into the unit because of the door not sealing properly or not closing all the way. Read More...
