Rick F. for Model Number WRS322FDAMOO The freezer is working but the refrigerator is warm. When I open the freezer door and the refrigerator door, I can feel the cold air from the freezer blowing to the refrigerator side. When I close the freezer door and put my hand on the vent again there is no air flow anymore. I put a screwdriver though to see if the damper was closing but it’s still open. I only get air flow from the freezer to the refrigerator if I open both doors.
Answer Hello Rick, You should check the air return at the bottom of the fresh food compartment for restrictions. Also, remove the rear wall of the freezer compartment and check for a frost build-up that would indicate a possible defrost issue. Read More...
