Mr.Tracy for Model Number ED2FHEXVS03 So fridge has being getting colder(freezer about the same), to the point where I am now on number one on both sliders for temp control. I noticed crisper veggies are freezing as cold air drops down and settles there. Appears too much cold air pass thru may be occuring. I held a mirror up to the diffuser 3 different times today, and the opening inside is staying wide open. Do I have a diffuser problem--looks like you sell the assy for replacement--thanks! Tracy
