Mark for Model Number GS6shaxml00 The top shelf area of the refigerator is not cooling well. It seems to be cool enough on the bottom half. Is there a fan up top behind the diffuser that may need to be replaced?
Answer Mark, You will want to check to make sure that the diffuser is operating properly as the unit does not have a fan behind the diffuser. You will want to check to make sure that there is no ice building in the diffuser area that would cause the unit to not have air flow.
