Mike for Model Number KEBS208SSS04 I need to determine if I need to replace the electronic control board (part with LEDs) or the electronic control. Upper oven heats up fine if set to 300F. If I set oven to 450F it only gets up to 417F. Upon checking the amperage used while “preheating” sometimes it draws 11amps for a short time but it mostly draws less than one amp. Two different temperature probes indicate that when the oven says it is preheating and stuck at 417F the temperature is actually about 40-50 F less than what the oven indicates. I swapped the thermocouples from the lower and upper ovens and still get the same problem. The bottom oven works properly. Both parts are quite expensive so I need to buy the correct one.
Answer Mike, This issue will be caused by a faulty control board WPW10119142. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, February 1, 2021
