Jaz for Model Number 110 20722 990 I recently replaced water valve on my Kenmore washing machine. When I hooked everything back up and ran a test load. the washing machine did not stop filling. I have checked and replaced the pressure switch hose and have check the switch by blowing into hose -- it will stop filling and begin agitating. I still can get machine to stop filling. No water flows when I unplug the machine. any ideas as to what i can/should do??
Answer Hello Jaz, If the unit is filling and not oveflowing then you want to check your drain hose to make sure that it is not down in the standpipe too far causing siphon effect. If the unit is overflowing then you want to make sure that your pressur hose is not clogged and that where it connects to the outer tub is not clogged and is seated good. Read More...
