T Lee for Model Number KEMS377DBT6 With this combination microwave/oven built-in unit, we are not able to get to the oven door latch, which is between bottom of the microwave and the top of the oven. How is this latch reached?
Answer Hello T Lee, As per the service manual: 1. Disconnect the electrical power to the microwave/oven combination. 2. Remove the racks from inside the oven. 3. Remove the four screws from the lower air vent and remove the air vent. 4. Use an angled screwdriver and remove the two screws from the lower oven door latch assembly. 5.
