Rockne for Model Number KEMS378GSS2 Oven door latch is not working and needs to be replaced I believe it is part # wp4451424 which I’m told is no longer available. Question 1 if that true then how do you fix? Question 2 someone out there has to have another part that will work as a substitute what is that part and do you have them? Question 3 is there a work around like a manual non electrical latch than can be made to work. Please advise
Answer Rockne, unfortunately, the latch assembly WP4451424 has been discontinued by the manufacturer. As such, we would not be able to recommend an alternative, nor would we be able to provide an alternative wiring solution for this part.
