Al for Model Number HRSR3800TM-2 I have a Hotpoint oven and the latch is broken. Right now the door will not close completely because the latch won't retract. I want to take the latch off and either try to fix it, get a new one or can I leave it off and use oven cleaner from now on. The oven has a glass top which I am thinking has to come off. Can you tell me how to do this? Thanks!
