Rjf-Vt for Model Number Jenn Air #JGS9900BDS Downdraft Gas Range Control panel numeric pad has stopped responding. Other touch pad buttons work fine; numbers do not. Does the following part restore the touch pad function: Panl-Cntrl Part Number: WPW10206071? All other functions work so I do not believe it is the circuit board. Thanks
Answer Hello RjF-VT, If you have tried cleaning the ribbon cable by rubbing the connections with a dry pencil eraser only in the direction of the end of the cable to prevent damage to it and it did not restore operation, the control panel WPW10206071 will correct the issue.
