So, this is a common problem, and the fourth time I have done this for someone in by neighborhood. Takes about 10 minutes, and requires very little skill. It was very easy. First, researched the problem online and found a great video on YouTube which clearly showed the same problems we were having. Went to AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered the new Front Control Panel for about $230 along with a new oven door gasket for about $20 (YouTube video talks about how heat escapes quite easily and it is best to replace the gasket often). I ordered the control panel from Appliance Parts Pros and installed it. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to unhook the 2 strips on the inside from the oven. All you need to do is lift up the back side of the clips and the strips will come right out. Install the new strips in the clips and then push down.
