Joe for Model Number JES9750BAB (Jenn Air) How do I diagnose whether it's the Control Panel (p/n W10206078) or the Electronic Control (p/n 8507P233-60)? The symptoms are that the oven controls don't work, nor the number pad. Only the Timer buttons (1 and 2) will elicit a response. The Control Panel has already been replaced two years ago for similar symptoms. Second: How do I prevent failures in the future? Thanks!
