Answer Hello Gregg, If the button is not working, you will need to replace the user interface DC92-00384B on the unit. If the button works, then look for a broke belt on the unit. Also, if the belt is good, check the thermal cut outs in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
