Answer Hello Kelly. You can test for power coming to the water valve. If there is none and the machine is on and should bring in water, you will need to replace the sensor switch WPW10248240. If there is power there and no water, replace the water valve. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
