Kiersten for Model Number Maytag Centennial Our top loading washer is 5 years old and has just started to give us trouble. It does not have a lid lock but as soon as you shut the lid to start a load, it begins to aggitate and fill with water at the same time. It seems to go through a regular cycle but after the last spin cycle, it fill again with water and then is done. The only way to prevent this is to put it in "Extra Rinse" mode. I would like to pass it along to my sister to use but want to fix it first. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
