Jerry R. for Model Number mvwc500vw1 Washer works until the drain spin cycle section on timer, then it seems to stop . It will work if we advance dial a bit then it seems to finish, have already replaced timer .any ideas
Answer Jerry, Check the lid switch assembly WP8318084 and wiring. The lid switch has to have a closed circuit for the timer to advance and complete the circuit in the timer for the washer to drain and spin.
