We just changed the brain on the washer, but when we wash clothes after about 10 or 15 minutes when it is time to rinse and spin it shows UL and stops we have tried all the different cycles to see if any does any different but it doesn't.

Hello Gerry. It sounds like the suspension W10820048 on the unit is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.
