Betty Weissend what would cause dark tiny specks where i add detergent to my washer I've had this washer 12 years this problem started about 6 months ago when touched it smears a bit I have used all free and clear detergent for years
Answer Hello Betty, To clean off the build up just remove the dispenser drawer and use rubber gloves with a sponge/brush dipped in warm water with a little mild detergent added to clean the interior sides and ceiling of the dispenser housing.
