Hello Betty, To clean off the build up just remove the dispenser drawer and use rubber gloves with a sponge/brush dipped in warm water with a little mild detergent added to clean the interior sides and ceiling of the dispenser housing. If you want instead to replace the dispenser housing and drawer just repost your question with the model number.

Hello Marie, These do not normally require screws, but when they are used they can normally be accessed through the opening where the tub-to-pump hose is connected to the outer tub.

Frank, No the screws do not come with the baffle and you would need to order the screw part number 8181785. You could also get a 3 pack of the baffles which does come with the screws. The part number is 285976.
