Nathan for Model Number MSD2454GR When the button for "cube ice" is pushed the door light comes on as though the light switch was depressed. The green indicator light above the "cube" button does not illuminate and remains where it last was, on either water or crushed ice. Cube ice cannot be dispensed. Is this a control board issue?
Answer Nathan, There are two parts you may want to replace based on your post information. The dispenser control board WP61005274 and the limit/actuator switch WP61005520, located behind the dispenser push pad.
