Michael for Model Number MSD2735GR My ice dispenser is not working. The solenoid was shorted out so I replaced it. Everything is working when I push for ice, except the new solenoid is not retracting. I tested the voltage to the solenoid when the dispenser is pressed but no voltage. Before spending a lot of money on the board, is there a way to test it? All connectors are tight. Thanks.
Answer Hello Michael. If you have replaced the solenoid and there is no power coming to the solenoid, then the control board WP61005274 is bad and will need to be replaced.
