Larry for Model Number MSD2651HED I have a Maytag with Ice and water fountain. The water continues to work, however the ice will not dispense. Ice is being made but when you press rthe button for ice nothing happens. No noise, no parts moving, nothing. Where do I start?
Answer Hello Larry. The first thing to check for is power going to the auger motor. If there is power there and the motor does not run, you will need to replace the motor. If there is no power, check the switch in the dispenser. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
