Jjoe for Model Number MSD2657HEW My fountain switch is stuck on water. Still making ice but can not switch to ice on the door panel, only receiving water. Does the control board need replacing?
Answer jJoe, Yes, the dispenser control board WP67003817 would be the place to start. The control board has "mini" push switches on the board behind the overlay, the switch(s) can fail and will not activate the chosen selection. Read More...
