Brian E. for Model Number MZD2665HEB The water / ice / crushed ice buttons don't work and it is stuck on water. The actuators seem to be on the control board that mounts on the back of the facade. Since the facade is intact I assume I need a new control board?
Answer Hi Brian. The fountain control board controls commands ,part # WP67003817. The keypad is most likely not stuck as you have a few issues. Behind the Actuator pad, there is a micro switch that can short and call for water or ice depending on the last command chosen. This is part # WP12575501. It wouldn't hurt to lightly use white silicone grease on the actuator pad "finger" as it contacts the switch itself easing operations. Part # TJ055975. Make sure all connections are tight. Thank You.
