Jed for Model Number mzd2665heb Water does not come to ice maker and water dispenser. Replaced inlet valve already. The solenoids sound like there going off when dispenser is pressed. Held door switch in the ice maker moved like it was unloading made ice. Does the control board send the signal to the water valves to open to fill ice maker and let water to the dispenser? Not sure what to try next.
Answer Jed, The control board does not send the signal for the icemaker but does for the control board. You will want to make sure that you have a good water filter in the unit. If the water filter is new and good, check to make sure that the water supply is turned on. If you have the bypass plug for unit and the water supply is turned on, put bypass plug in and see if water comes through door. If it doesn't then you most likely have a bad filter head. Read More...
