Emilio L for Model Number MFI2266AEW The door alarm button beeps but the green light remains on. (2). The temp alarm button beeps but the light remains off . If you leave the door open for 5 mins. The alarm will work. (3). The green ( replace filter) light remains on, the button beeps but the light will not reset after filter was changed. (4). The water button beeps but the light does not illuminate and no water comes out. (5). The ice button beeps but the light does not illuminate and no ice comes out. The ice maker is working and making ice. (6). The Light button ( Auto/on ) beeps but, neither green light works, and the dispenser lights do not illuminate .(7) The humidity button beeps but the green light remains on. ( which means the door seal heat is on) (8). The max cool button beeps, but the light remains off. No result. Yesterday I changed the P/C board Part No. 67006294. The problem remains, no change! The refrigerator,freezer, lights ,and the ice maker are all still working, Thank Goodness. What do. I have to do to fix it? Model # MFI2266AEW S/N 10128588NA.
Answer Emilio, You will want to pull the upper hinge cover from the left door and check the wire harness for loose or broken connections. If there is a broken connection then the door would need to be replaced. If the connection is good then you will need to replace the main control board. Read More...
