John for Model Number MFI2568AEB Our water/ice dispensing feature no longer worked I ordered a new water solenoid valve and when installing it I checked for voltage coming from the door switch and there was none. I then removed the dispensing unit from the door and checked the micro switch, and that checked out fine. Not too sure where to go to next...I have a background in electricity so this is all very common to me. Seems I lost the control voltage. I assume that comes from the small circuit board? Next occurrence is the fridge does not get cold now....Possibly when I lifted the dispensing unit something loosened from the control board that sets the temp ?? Any help is appreciated
