Danny for Model Number MFI2569VEM1 My door water dispenser quit dispensing water, but dispenses ice. The filter was recently changed out. I changed out the dual water valve thinking there was an issue there, but it made no difference. You can here the valve engage when depressing the dispenser lever, so I'm at a standstill. Help
Answer Danny, You will want to check to see if the water tank may be frozen which would cause the dispenser to not work. This would be the most likely cause with the valve actuating when dispenser lever is pushed but not dispensing and there being a new valve. Read More...
