Timothy M for Model Number Amana refrigerator model # AFI2538AEW My refrigerator dispenser control board seemed like it was acting up the touch points were not working. Could not adjust temp of fridge of freezer or adjust from water to ice mode. And the compressor would not come on . Temperature was rising on fridge and freezer, I took the front panel off to look at the plug ends to the board and when I unplugged the one end close to the lock button everything came back on and fridge and freezer working again, control board touch pad works perfect now ? But I’m unsure what the plug I unplugged controls ? Like I said everything is working now so I left it unplugged for now, what does the thing I unplugged control ?
