Alan for Model Number GGQ9800PW1 I recently replaced my support rollers, belt and idler pulley as it was making a squeaking noise when running. It seemed to had corrected the problem only for a while and then the noise came back. Also seems to be coming from the idler pulley and was wondering if I needed to grease this thing or could it be the shaft it spins on is damaged and it needs to be either polished up or replaced. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
Answer Hello Alan, If the roller shafts are sticky or discolored, they should be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and the inside of the roller should be cleaned also. The idler pulley can cause the noise also. It can be cleaned in the same manner as the rollers and roller shafts. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, June 14, 2013
