Linekona for Model Number 11045081400 I just replaced the shock absorbers and it's better (was banging before) but it still shakes some on high spin and I can hear a little rattle coming from the back side sometimes (maybe the pulley nut is hitting the back panel?). The springs looked okay when I looked at them. How do I know when to replace the springs? Is it still advisable to change them? What else could be causing the shaking and what appears to be an imbalance during high spin cycle? Thanks in advance!
Answer Linekona, you may want to check the bearings and spider shaft assembly to ensure that they are in good condition. If you can shake the inner basket independently of the outer tub, then either the bearings or the spider shaft could be bad.
