Anne for Model Number lsr6132hq1 My washer will not do anything but agitate. It does not go past this cycle. Someone said it might be a door switch? Please hlelp.
Answer Hello Anne. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the lid switch 3949247V may be bad and will need to be replaced. You will need to look and see if it is broke, and test it to see if it is working properly. It should read closed with the lid closed. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
