Fulton Hello, the metal arm has slipped into the end cap so it no longer is fitted correctly and spins. Due to the crook at the end of the metal but I've been unable to remove the end cap to reset it to the correct position. Is there a way or trick to remove the end cap if it has slipped? I cannot even get it off to replace. Thank you.
