Byrd M. for Model Number SQD26VE My ice bucket agitator motor runs but does not engage the agitator. I had an ice jam in my bucket and when I removed the jammed ice, the motor runs and puts out just a couple of ice cubes. What could the problem be?
Answer Hello Byrd, The auger coupler WP10114901 or the auger motor shaft are probably stripped. Since this has been an issue in the past, a kit 12002089 is now available that includes the motor, the yoke and the associated parts to be replaced. Read More...
