Dee, the evaporator in the freezer would need to be inspected to identify if it is completely blocked up with ice or not. If it is, there is a defrost issue that would need to be addressed. If the evaporator does not have any frost on it and the compressor is running, there is a sealed system issue that would require an EPA certified tech to diagnose and repair the sealed system. Unfortunately, the model number provided is not registering as a valid model.
