Gary for Model Number lg6151xswo The igniter on my Whirlpool dryer does not glow. The high limit switch and flame sensor both have continuity. How can I test the igniter?
Answer Gary, You can do a continuity test on the igniter but it may read continuity and igniter still be bad. You can disconnect the igniter and test for 120 vac to on the wires to the igniter and if there is 120 vac present then the igniter is faulty and would need to be replaced. Read More...
