Chris for Model Number 665.13742K601 Hello, about 2 weeks ago the arms weren’t spinning. Upon inspection the chopper screen was clogged even though it had been only a month or so since I cleaned it last. Today I found the same problem. I noticed that the chopper is not directly on the screen, should it be? How can I test if it is spinning, i.e. that I reinstalled it properly? Thanks in advance for your help.
Answer Chris, If your screen is getting that clogged that quick you need to make sure you put less debris into the unit.[Dont prewash but you need to scrape the plates.] There is a good video on the website about the install.
