Paul for Model Number du1100xtps How do I know if the chopper blade needs to be replaced. I pulled it out and nothing is broken, but the blades are not very sharp. The cleaning has progressively gotten worse and the dishes on the top rack often come through a cycle with stuff on them. I replaced the fill valve because I think it was mechanically defective because the tub kept overfilling, but that has not seemed to help the cleaning of the dishes. -Thanks.
Answer Hello Paul. It is normal for the blade not to be sharp. If the unit is not spraying with alot of pressure and the dishes are dirty, you either need to clean the spray arms or replace the pump motor assembly on the unit. Read More...
