Scott O. for Model Number W30400B This has been going on for many years, but lately with every use….. Our wall oven shuts its self off randomly… usually on preheat or after it reaches temperature. It will sometimes lock the door and disable input buttons.. Yesterday the lock mechanism would just keep rotating to lock hook (lock then open-lock then open) until I shut off the circuit breaker for a while- then it was quiet.. If you wait awhile- sometimes a few minutes to sometimes 20 minutes you can reset the temperature and the oven may preform as expected… but the other day my wife had to reset the oven over 5 times before it would stay on… I have replaced to no avail: 1- the temperature sensor.. 2- the control board… 3-Relay Board… I have no idea what else it could be….?? Any help would be wonderful… Thank you--SCOTT
Answer Hello Scott. The only part left is the control panel WP71002300. If a button is bad, and it is sensing it being pressed, it can change the unit and lock it down. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, December 12, 2013
