Sue, You'll need to remove both the elements WP71001680 and WPW10310260 and check for the proper resistance (bake element 20 ohms, broil element 16 ohms resistance) and check to see that neither element has and missing areas or "boiled" areas on the carborundum coating. You'll need access to a multimeter TJMA-DM1 in order to test the resistance and the voltage (220 VAC) to the elements in a bake mode, to verify if the relay board 12001689 is not at fault.
