Answer

Chuck, The F7 error code on your range indicates a button / key is pressed for longer than 30 seconds. This would indicate a short circuit in the keypad assembly WP71002041. You'll need to remove power to the range, open the oven door, remove the screws along the bottom of the control panel and pivot the panel down and out at the bottom. Label and disconnect the wires to all the switches and clock and transfer the parts to the new control panel.
