Shayne for Model Number GE JP389BJ1BB Self-cleaning hasn't worked for a long time. Last night, when using the oven, the broiler element came on and could not be turned off except by turning off the breaker. When the breaker is turned on the broiler element comes on. The controls on the panel do nothing. Will a new control board fix this issue?
