Answer

For JennAir model WW27430P, since you already replaced the electronic control/clock board (WP71001872) and the lower-oven keys work but the upper-oven keys and number keys do not, I would not replace another relay/control board yet.

The more likely problem is the keypad/membrane switch, JennAir/Whirlpool part 71002871. That membrane is a separate part from the electronic clock/control board and contains the circuits for the individual keypad buttons. The parts diagram confirms that WW27430P uses control board WP71001872 together with membrane switch 71002871.

A bad membrane can cause an entire group of buttons to stop responding because the buttons share common circuit traces. That fits your symptom particularly well: some keys work normally while an entire group—including the numeric keypad—doesn't. There is also a documented continuity test for the WW27430P membrane switch: disconnect it from the control and check the appropriate membrane terminals with a multimeter while pressing each key.

Before buying anything, I would do two things:

Turn power off at the breaker, remove the control panel, and unplug/reseat the membrane-switch ribbon connector at the new control board. Inspect the ribbon contacts carefully for corrosion, damage, folding, or a connector that isn't fully seated.
If that doesn't restore the keys, continuity-test the membrane keypad. If the affected buttons don't close their respective circuits when pressed, the membrane is defective.

The unfortunate part is availability: membrane switch 71002871 is discontinued, and current parts listings show no manufacturer replacement. You may have to locate a used/NOS membrane or have the existing keypad repaired.

I wouldn't recommend replacing the upper relay board WP74006612 based on these symptoms. That board controls upper-oven loads; it doesn't explain why the upper-oven keypad buttons and number buttons aren't registering. The model does have separate upper and lower relay boards, but the upper relay board is also discontinued.

Most likely diagnosis: 71002871 membrane switch/keypad, or its ribbon connection to your newly installed WP71001872 control.

If you'd like, I can also give you the exact multimeter pin-to-pin test chart for the WW27430P keypad, so you can confirm whether 71002871 is bad before hunting down a discontinued part.
