Hello Angela, The first step to any appliance repair is to discontinue the power supply to the unit. Slide the unit out to gain access to the rear of the unit and remove the panel at the top in the back, (normally 4 to 6 screws). now you will be looking at the clock assembly. I normally recommend to take a few pictures from different angles for reassembly reference. Remove the screws that hold the clock assembly to the control panel, being very careful not to drop them as they will be needed to hold the new clock in place. Remove the wires one at a time as you put them on the new clock assembly. If you do this one at a time, there is less chance of crossing the wires or becoming confused. Be sure that the locking device is locked into position on the ribbon cable connector. Reassemble the rest of the unit in the reverse order. Let us know if we can assist you further.
